Rear seat belt alarms

Here in the UK we are looking for a way of silencing the alarms that sound when something heavy is put on the rear seats. Engaging the seat belts will stop the alarms but the belt buckles protrude above the seats. Can anyone help?

Why don't you just close the seat belts first and then load your heavy item in the rear bench? Anyway. I think, that this alarm can be disabled by coding the system via ODB-Devices. Colleague did this with his T6, cause he is too lazy for security but it worked. (but it is permanently) BTW I don't know how to do this.
